Cancellation Policy

• Cancellations received at least 7 days prior to arrival date will receive a full refund minus a $25.00 processing fee

 

• Cancellations received within 7 days of arrival until 72 hours prior to arrival will receive a refund minus the first night stay plus tax

• Cancellations received within 72 hours of arrival are non-refundable

 

Reservation Deposit

• The greater of the first night stay plus tax or 50% of the entire stay
