POLICIES
Deposits Required:
Rooms: First night room and taxes due at the time of booking. Full amount of total required if staying for only one night. Balance due upon arrival. Only Cash, Visa, Discover, Mastercard and American Express are accepted at check-in.
Apartments: 50% of total amount is required at time of booking. Balance must be paid in full at least two weeks prior to arrival date.
CHECK IN POLICY: GUESTS ARE REQUIRED TO PRESENT A VALID PHOTO ID UPON CHECK IN.

Cancellation/Refund Policy:
Rooms: Room Deposits are refundable if at least 7 days notice is given before date of arrival, minus a $25 service charge.
Apartments: Apartment deposits are refundable only IF rented to another party, minus a $30 service charge.
Miscellaneous Policies:
Smoking: Smoking is prohibited inside the hotel, on the porch and in the pool area. Smoking is permitted in the designated smoking areas outside.
Payment Methods: No checks accepted for final payment. Cash, Visa, Discover, Mastercard and American Express are accepted.
Under 21 Policy: All guests must be at least 18 years old to make a reservation. Valid photo ID and credit or debit card must be provided at check in.
